Junior Java Programmer

We are looking for Java programmers to help build our cloud-based VL OMNI platform. We are looking for programmers to assist in both front end UI coding as well as building connector endpoints.
  • Good understanding of UI development and design principles
  • Understand Agile software development
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with client-side development of web applications  
  • HTML5 Frameworks & libraries, CSS, Javascript
  • Experience in JSON, Ajax, XML
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience reading and writing SQL
  • Experience with JSP(Java Server Page), Java Servlet, Java Bean, Tomcat would be an asset
  • Some knowledge of UML, OO and software design would be an asset

SaaS Sales Executive - Ecommerce Data Integration

Do you have a technical background and experience in software sales? Reporting to the GM Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for new account activities within the North American SMB-MidMarket Omni-Channel data integration marketplace. This will include managing the end to end process for the sale of VL's SAAS integration solution (VL OMNI) as well as professional services.
  • Perform lead development, identification, planning, account qualification to build a pipeline to exceed targets
  • Experience and proficiency conducting Internet research using social media
  • Penetrate competitive accounts through research and engagement
  • Maintain a high level of outbound activity to ensure adequate pipeline to achieve and exceed targets
  • Deliver product information and deliver web based demos to prospective clients
  • Produce regular sales reports and other reports within agreed upon deadlines
  • Preparing quotations
  • Preparation of project documentation
